Oral presentations

Each presentation will be given a 15 minute slot, which includes time for questions. Thus, we advise to aim for 10 minutes presentations, leaving decent time for questions.

Presentations should be prepared in powerpoint or pdf format, compatible with windows computers. A laptop using windows will be installed and dedicated to broadcasting your presentation.

Poster presentations

Poster presentations should be prepared in A0 format (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait mode. We will provide grids and materials for hanging your poster, which will be up for display during the whole meeting.

The scientific program will start on 27 June early in the morning and will end on 30 June early in the afternoon.
